Hyaluronic acid is something your skin already makes. It holds water, and roughly half of what your body produces sits in the skin, where it keeps tissue full, supple, and resilient. Levels fall with age, and as they fall skin holds less water, loses elasticity, and thins. Replacing it is the most direct thing a topical can do about all three.
Conforma HA begins with the problem most hyaluronic acid serums quietly accept. The high molecular weight form of the molecule holds the most water and does the most for the structure of skin. It is also large, which is why it stays on the surface. The usual solution is to cut the molecule down, trading away the properties that made it worth using in the first place.
Conformational Change Technology™ takes the other path. Developed in a South Korean research laboratory and licensed exclusively to Conformational Aesthetics for the U.S. market, it physically restructures the molecule rather than chemically altering it. The chemistry is untouched. The shape, and the way it behaves on skin, is transformed. In laboratory membrane testing, Conforma formulations achieved 10 times the permeation of a standard formulation of the same molecule.
Push-Pull technology is that principle applied to the rest of your routine. Applied first, Conforma HA carries what follows along with it instead of leaving it to sit on top. Vitamin C, retinol, peptides, moisturizer, each one goes further.

Based on a randomized, double-blind clinical study of the hyaluronic acid conformation used in Conforma HA, conducted at PNK Skin Research Center in Seoul with 22 participants over four weeks of twice-daily use. Barrier function, hydration, elasticity, wrinkles, sagging, and skin density measured instrumentally. Collagen synthesis measured in the laboratory in human dermal fibroblasts. 1. Begin with clean, dry skin. Morning and evening.
2. One full dropper. Distribute evenly across face, neck, and chest, then press gently until absorbed. It disappears in seconds and leaves nothing behind.
3. Layer everything else on top. Vitamin C, retinoid, moisturizer, SPF. Conforma HA works before or after other products, though first is where it does the most.
Patch test on the inner forearm before first full use if your skin is easily irritated. After professional treatments, follow your provider's guidance on when to resume topicals.
Seven ingredients. The active is sodium hyaluronate, high molecular weight and restructured through Conformational Change Technology. Everything else exists to carry it and to keep the finish weightless.

Hydration that never seems to last. Skin that feels tight or looks flat by afternoon, even with a hyaluronic acid already in the routine.
The first softening of the lower face. Along the jawline and around the mouth, where structure gives before anywhere else.
Routines built on actives. If vitamin C, a retinoid, or peptides are already doing the work, this is the step that carries them further.
Before and after professional treatments. Support while the skin recovers from microneedling, peels, or laser, and maintenance in the weeks between appointments.
Skin that reacts to most things. Fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, tested for sensitive skin, and formulated without the actives that commonly cause irritation.
Tandem use with Conforma Reduce. Conforma HA firms and hydrates skin across the whole face while Reduce targets fat beneath the chin.
Texture. Clear and weightless. Absorbs in seconds with no tack, no residue, and no pilling beneath makeup or sunscreen.
Fragrance. None. No added fragrance, no essential oils.
Sensitive skin. Non-comedogenic and tested for sensitive skin. No adverse reactions were reported across the four-week clinical study.
Alongside actives. Compatible with vitamin C, retinoids, peptides, and acids. It does not dilute or neutralize what you layer over it.
If you stop. As with any topical, results depend on continued use. Hydration and barrier improvements build across weeks and recede gradually once you stop. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Storage. Room temperature, out of direct sunlight, dropper closed between uses.
Pregnancy and nursing. Hyaluronic acid is one of the most widely used ingredients in cosmetics. Even so, check with your physician before adding any product during pregnancy or while nursing.

Most either sit on the surface or cut the molecule down to get past it. Conforma HA uses a conformation of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid that is physically restructured rather than chemically altered. In a clinical study where each participant received it on one side of the face and conventional hyaluronic acid on the other, it outperformed the conventional form on barrier retention, facial sagging, and collagen synthesis.
Hydration is immediate, often within hours. The measured changes build from there. Improvements in barrier function, firmness, and hydration were significant at two weeks and continued through four.
First, on clean dry skin, before everything else. It is compatible with vitamin C, retinoids, peptides, and acids, and Push-Pull technology means those layers work from a better foundation.
Yes. Many people use it to support recovery after microneedling, peels, and laser, and to maintain results between appointments. Timing depends on the procedure, so follow your provider's aftercare guidance.
Yes. It is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and tested for sensitive skin, with seven ingredients and none of the actives that typically cause irritation. No adverse reactions were reported across the four-week study.
Yes, gently. The clinical study measured the area around the eye and recorded improvement in crow's feet over four weeks. Press rather than rub, and stay clear of the lash line.
Not both. Conforma HA replaces a conventional hyaluronic acid step rather than layering with it, since the two are doing the same job. One of them does it considerably better.
They work independently. Reduce addresses fullness beneath the chin. Conforma HA addresses hydration, barrier, and firmness across the whole face. People focused on the lower face often use both, which is what the Duo is for.
