SMS Communications

How we collect your phone number. If you provide your phone number through a form on the Service, such as when you request or schedule a consultation, you may choose to consent to receive text messages from us. Consent is provided through a separate, unchecked checkbox and is never required in order to submit a form, make a purchase, or receive any product or service from us.

What we send. Depending on the consent you provide, we may send:

  • Transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and messages related to a consultation or order you have requested.

  • Marketing messages, such as special offers, discounts, and new product announcements. Marketing messages require separate consent from transactional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the information in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

How we protect this information. We use industry standard safeguards to protect your phone number and your SMS consent records. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls that limit employee and service provider access to only what is necessary to operate the messaging program, secure storage of consent records, and periodic review of our systems and third party service providers. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you of a data breach affecting your information where required by applicable law.

We do not share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of sending text messages, including your phone number and your SMS consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers who help us operate our messaging program, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. These service providers are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose this information where required to comply with the law, as described in the "How We Share Your Personal Information" section above.
