Conformational Aesthetics began with a question Dr. Ed Parsley couldn’t stop asking: what if topical skincare could deliver what only clinical treatments do?

After two decades in hospital ICUs and FDA drug development, the pharmacist-turned-physician moved into aesthetics — the field he calls Happy Medicine — and kept seeing the same gap: between visits, patients had no clinical-grade option at home.

The answer wasn’t a new delivery system. It was rethinking the molecules themselves. With Jeniffer Rosa as co-founder and CEO, Dr. Parsley partnered with a South Korean research lab that restructures active molecules at the nano scale, and licensed the technology exclusively for the United States.
