We would rather do one thing at a research-grade standard than five things at industry standard. Every product, every claim, every partnership meets Dr. Parsley's clinical sign-off before it moves forward.
Honesty over marketing.
Our published clinical study included null findings and adverse event tracking. Our founder story is documented, not embellished. If a claim cannot be defended by data, it does not appear on our label or our site.
Partnership over disruption.
We were founded by a physician and we work with physicians. Our best work happens alongside the clinicians who treat patients, not in opposition to them.
Long-term over short-term.
We are building a brand meant to be here in twenty years, not a launch designed to peak in twenty months.
What roles we typically hire for
As we grow, we typically hire across three areas: clinical and scientific advisory (physicians, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners), commercial and operations (partnerships, brand marketing, e-commerce, logistics), and creative and content (writers, designers, and creators who understand luxury skincare). If your experience sits meaningfully outside these areas but you are drawn to what we are building, we still want to hear from you.
