Conformational Aesthetics was founded by Dr. Edwin L. Parsley, D.O., a physician and pharmaceutical drug developer with more than three decades of clinical practice, academic medicine, and pharmaceutical clinical trial experience. Board-certified in four specialties and formerly Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School - Houston, Dr. Parsley has held Chief Medical Officer or Medical Monitor Consultant roles at pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, where he served as Senior Director and Clinical Lead for Revatio in 2010.

The brand launched with two flagship formulas built on Conformational Change™ Technology: Conforma Reduce™, a topical treatment for submental fat that delivers Deoxycholic Acid without injection, and Conforma HA™, a push-pull hyaluronic acid serum with significantly improved absorption over standard formulations.

Conforma Reduce™ was tested in a peer-reviewed clinical study published in Skin Research and Technology in 2023.
